Matt M.
Franchise Owner
Matt left Corporate America in 2009 and went out on a limb to start something new and different. He joined the College Nannies & Tutors family and purchased his first franchise location in Kansas City. For two years he started the business out of his home with basically a 'list' of qualified Sitters and Tutors who wanted to work. Families would call the office phone and Matt would try to locate a Sitter who would be a good match and wanted to work. My how the business has improved and grown! Today we service hundreds of families all across the KC Metro area with a support staff and app our competition cannot match. He is so proud of this business and the impact we are making in our community every day. In 2014 he purchased his 2nd territory in Edmond, Oklahoma and and then in 2017 purchased another one in Las Vegas, Nevada. Matt is married to his beautiful wife Jennifer and has 3 kids, Payton, Gracie and Lily.

Owner- Director of Operations
Katie is the Co-Owner and Director for Jovie of Greater Kansas City, Edmond OK and Las Vegas NV. She started on Matt's team in 2014 as the Nanny Placement Manager and became Co-Owner in 2019. Growing up on the West Coast in Portland, Oregon and Los Angeles, California, she moved to Kansas City to raise her family in 2009. She loves the outdoors, cultural arts and music. She is passionate about healthy living and happy families.

Operations Manager
Natalie started with Jovie in 2016 as a Tutor in Las Vegas and has been the Operations Manager of Edmond, OK since late 2019. Natalie strives to find the good in all she does and loves helping others in any way she can.
Dani H.
Recruitment Manager
Dani began her journey with Jovie in March, 2020 just as the pandemic was taking shape. Working as an on call nanny with some temporary placements over the first year, she applied to be a part of the administration team in January of 2021. After working with the on call scheduling team and on special projects a position opened up in recruitment where she has been happily meeting hundreds of candidates ever since! Dani will often be a candidates first point of contact and she is there to meet you, get to know you and if a good fit, welcome you to the team! Dani, along with her wife, baby and 2 teenagers, father in law, two dogs, a bunny and a tortoise live happily in Las Vegas.
Karina R.
Onboarding Specialist
Karina joined our team as an on-call and placement nanny in 2020 and enjoyed engaging with many wonderful families before entering her role as the onboarding specialist. Karina works to support new hires through the onboarding process to ensure that they are set for success as an important member of our team. In her free time, she enjoys getting outdoors off-roading, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her fur babies.

November 17, 2023, and December 8, 2023 TIME: 5:00pm – 8:00pm LOCATION: Mitch Park – 1501 W. Covell Merry Marketplace presented by Luminance is a new holiday pop-up shop experience which will be featured during the annual Luminance Kickoff Event. A variety of vendors will be available bringing unique selections to our attendees. A variety of food trucks will be available to visitors of Luminance and the Edmond Outdoor Ice Rink throughout the season on Friday and Saturday nights.
